Build:
The soft adjustable strap makes it easy to use so kids can put it on themselves. The vibrant and responsive touch screen can handle a little splash or two but cannot withstand being submerged in water. It also comes with a micro USB port and cable to connect to the computer for charging or transferring photos and videos. Available in pink and blue.
Software and Functions:
Watch face options are plentiful with 55 to choose from for both digital and analog time, customizable with photos and selfies. The time is easy to tell with the touch function, tap the clock to hear the time spoken. Display the time as an analog clock or in digital form.
Camera
Camera functions are packed with loads of effects and filters for creative photography. The front camera is used for taking selfies and the camera on the top side of the watch is for general pictures.
Parental Control
VTech has added Parental Control so you can disable any games and set a time limit for the watches use.
Games and Learning
Motion sensors create fun and active game play incorporating the real world with the game. The pedometer works well but I’m not sure its necessary in a kids smartwatch if it’s used for learning, however, I see no harm.
